Why now, not later

"I'll wait until it's proven" is probably the most expensive sentence in this story. Here is why early beats late - and why in a small market like ours, it beats it fast.

It's a window, not a shelf

Some things wait for you on a shelf - buy whenever, the price won't change. This isn't one of them. It is a window: cheap attention while the channel is new, thin competition while most aren't there yet. Windows don't stay open because they are convenient for you. They close the moment everyone realises it's worth stepping in.

An advantage that compounds

The source you build today doesn't stand still. The longer you are the clean source, the more firmly you are established as the answer - and whoever arrives later competes not with an empty field, but with your presence already there. That is the difference between being the first the systems learn from, and being one more trying to push in afterwards.

In a small market it happens fast

Here is the local angle: the market in Israel is small, word of mouth is strong, and most businesses haven't touched this yet. Being first here is not a marginal edge - it is being the answer when someone looks for exactly what you do in your area. In a large market it's easy to be swallowed; in ours, whoever moves early becomes a fixture.

What it costs to wait

Waiting doesn't stop the clock, it lets the clock work against you. While you "look into it", AI keeps answering about you - often wrongly. A competitor who didn't wait is already in. And when you finally decide, "later" is more expensive: a denser channel, and a gap to close instead of an advantage to seize.

"But it isn't ripe yet"

Exactly. Not ripe is the opening. When it is ripe, you'll be the latecomer - like anyone who put up a website only after the whole neighbourhood already had one. The best time was when websites were new. The second best is now, while AI is new. You don't need to bet on the future - you only need to decide not to give up the start.

The question isn't whether you'll do it, but whether you'll do it while it's still an advantage - or later, when it is only catching up.
